Expol™ Under Floor Insulation is highly efficient, cost-effective insulation for new and existing homes, especially pole houses and those with exposed timber floors. Expol™ drastically reduces heat from entering in summer and escaping in winter, lowering heating bills by about 12 percent.

• Polystyrene insulation panels are self-supporting and fit snugly between floor joists
• Panels are concertina-cut on both sides to allow for compression up to 20mm for easy installation and to ensure a snug fit between joists
• Non-allergenic and contain flame retardant
• Thermal performance not affected by aging and contain no CFCs
• R Value 1.4 (exceeds the minimum R Value for timber floors)
• Excellent thermal properties
• The 20mm air gap provided by ribs on the panels provide additional insulation and fast evaporation of moisture
